have previous experience of working within areas of: purchasing, warehouse, production planning, logistics, automotive, finance, accounting (about 2 years),
know ERP systems from user’s side, but want to learn the other,
speak German on upper – intermediate level (B2),
have upper – intermediate command of English (B2),
have pro-client attitude and are communicative person with very good analytical skills,

Providing support for German speaking Clients regarding complex software incidents,
Documenting the incidents in the system,
Informing Clients when & how incidents are solved,
Suggesting & implementing solutions to Clients,
Testing & troubleshooting,
Investigating assigned problems, solving complex issues,
Developing knowledge about applications,
Providing support to younger colleagues.
