Opis stanowiska / Job description:

Manage the whole new structures that will be responsible for European Customer Service department
Involvement and accountability in leadership decisions
Manage the customer service team
Identify and implement improvements in the sales process and customer experience
Prepare monthly forecasts, reports
Monitor customer feedback and help resolve complaints
Working with the wider Supply Chain department across Europe on improvement projects design to drive the customer focus of the business
Involvement in the claims handling and customer service improvements for the business
