Your new role
We are currently looking for Retail Coordinator to be based in the companys Warsaw office.
Manage all retail back office activities.
Coordinating Head of Retail main activities internal and corporate coordination, reporting, store opening coordination, closings coordination, newcomers coordination, retail meeting coordination.
Build and maintain key relationships with all head office functions .
Organising and chairing meetings with staff, internal department including preparing and dispatching agenda and taking minutes.
Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations.
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management and managing the budget.
Coordinating, analysing, evaluating and communicating Mystery Shopping actions and results.
Managing & coordinating stock take processes
Processing and evaluating daily, weekly and monthly reports, creating B2B newsletter for store employees on a weekly base.
Create clear briefings in time to ensure proper execution on store level.
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
Coordinating weekly and monthly KPI reporting to ensure a smooth and clear communication at store and internal levels.
What youll need to succeed for this job
We expect minimum 3 years experience in managing operations or in a Assistant Retail Manager Back Office position (background in fashion/ beauty retail chains will be an asset), strong organisation skills, excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff and colleagues to ensure smooth planning. Ability to find solution and to be pro-active. Lingerie or Apparel product knowledge.
